The SMILE Program is open to all who come to Our Father’s Table Soup Kitchen to dine. After an interview with the President of the Board, the participant sign a service agreement. This agreement states the participants will give 50 hours of volunteer service to the soup kitchen. After the President of the Board signs off the participant’s hours, the participant then goes to Treasure Coast Community Health. They are economically evaluated and put on a sliding scale and become part of the SMILE Program. All of the participant’s dental service bills are billed directly to Our Father’s Table Soup Kitchen.
